While the ingredients in this oil are natural, we recommend consulting your doctor before using any product during pregnancy, as certain essential oils (like peppermint and rosemary) may not be recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
The duration a bottle lasts depends on the frequency of use. If applied daily as a body or bath oil, one bottle should last about 2 months.

While this oil is primarily designed for topical use, you could use a few drops in a diffuser for aromatic benefits.
